📦 Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving your order.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or UK Bank Holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We currently use Royal Mail and DPD for all UK Mainland deliveries. Shipping method will be selected based on the size and weight of your order to ensure prompt and secure delivery.
📍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to United Kingdom Mainland addresses only.
💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Refer to the table below for our standard ground shipping rates:

✅ Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping, regardless of the total weight.

❌ Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the delivery.
